Cultural Differences

A company employee from a far-away country had problems getting along with a Midwest highschool jock type. The US Midwesterners are possibly the nicest people on earth. But because they come from a very homogeneous society they often have, compared to New Yorkers for instance, a low level of tolerance for people who are different.

I wrote a short presentation for all the staff which you may find of interest. I have posted some of the visuals and some of the text to give you the idea. I have since given the modified presentation several times to companies after they had been acquired by foreign buyers.
